  • Proof of purchase (order number) and photo evidence of the issue are required

Returns for other reasons (e.g., change of mind, size, or preference) are not accepted.

If your return is approved, we’ll initiate a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

📦 Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or damaged item.
