How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After that: Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days Expedited shipping (if selected at checkout) may take 2–4 business days You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding internationally — stay tuned by following us on Instagram @ByRiaB.us.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer: Free Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) on all U.S. orders Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days) for a small additional fee Shipping options will appear at checkout based on your address.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, we recommend creating one to enjoy benefits like faster checkouts, order tracking, and exclusive offers.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at info@ria-b.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to modify or cancel it. Once the order is processed or shipped, it can no longer be changed — but you may still return it once it arrives.

How Do I Track My Order?

After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can click that link anytime to monitor your package status in real time. If you created an account, you can also log in and track your order under “My Orders.”

How Can I Return a Product?

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, no worries — we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To request a return: Email us at info@ria-b.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send return instructions and a shipping label if applicable. Once we receive the product in its original condition, we’ll process your refund. Please note: Products must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
